As the message states, try enabling cookies and clearing browser/cookie cache. What solved the issue in my case was adding and to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer. Follow the steps below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer 11 (not Edge)
  2. Click “Tools > Internet Options”
  3. Go to “Security” tab. Select “Trusted Sites”
  4. Click “Sites”
  5. Add “” and “”
  6. Click “Close” and click “OK”
